#2013 Legacy Marine L35 Sportfish

 

This luxury production power boat was designed by LOMOcean for New Zealand’s Legacy Marine and is intended for series production in robust, recyclable welded aluminium.

 

A 35′ sport fisher, it is intended as a step up from outboard or stern drive powered large runabouts into small diesel powered launch territory.

 

Powered by a single diesel turning a conventional shaft and large propeller in a tunnel, the boat is designed to reliably and fuel efficiently run big hours, whether comfortably running out and back at 22 knots or towing lures at 8 knots all day.

 

The fine hull entry offers excellent ride qualities and the fully immersed chines mean a quiet night’s sleep in the luxury two cabin layout, comprised of a big double under the saloon and a bunkroom forward, all complemented by a big head and shower compartment.

 

The sedan layout includes helm station, dinette seating and galley, flowing out to a massive cockpit, well equipped with live bait tank, tuna tubes – and huge space for multiple anglers to work out of.
